The Ducks are currently on a six-match losing streak with the most recent coming against No. 2 Stanford on Saturday night. Coming into the tournament, Oregon was 1-7 with the most recent loss being against San Jose State. On Saturday, the team started off play against No. 1 UCLA and suffered a five-set loss. Natasha George and Bella Gamache picked up a win in the first set which pushed the game to three, but the Bruins came up victorious in the third. The other four pairs lost in straight sets.

The Golden Bears finished off play on Saturday with a loss to No. 2 Stanford in a 5-0 defeat to bring the team's record to 7-3 and put a stop to their three-match win streak. Sierra Caffo and Kendall Peters were the only pair who were able to force a third set after winning 21-14 in the second set. Three of the other four pairs were able to keep the sets close, but Lara Boos and Brooke Buchner seemed to struggle, losing 21-15 and 21-16.
